I am really sorry to hear of the difficult time that you are currently going through! I understand how that feels.:(
Good to hear that you are headed to the clinic tomorrow, and hopefully you will get some help and guidance from that appointment.
For now, I am going to post some basic self-help exercises that will help you with your overall stress levels and panic. They are simple, but very effective if practiced daily. Look over all of the links and see which ones look the most helpful for you. Give them a try before bed time and see if it helps to take the edge off, so that you can rest well. The more you practice these, the less intense your anxiety will likely be.
