Hi Wiki..
We almost have the same feeling and thinking,, except for the fact I was thinking of different serious illnesses besides from heart attack or stroke. I have many physical symptoms and sensations, which made me think of the worst case scenario. But it's been 3 months since I had anxiety, nothing worsens! I'm still able to run, jump, go shopping and do whatever I can. I don't have fever, or severe pain that I could not tolerate.. You see, anxiety makes us believe that we are dying.. And as for me, though I know that I have anxiety, there are still times that I over-worry! So, I really understand you.
My physical symptoms are back pain, neck pain, chest pain and tightness, headache, heart palpitation, arm pain, throat clearing, muscle pain in diff areas of my body, muscle twitching, and excessing worrying and thinking! I also experienced morning anxiety where the moment I
opened my eyes, I already try to scan my symptoms, and get so frustrated because I still have them! Everyday I look forward to feel synptom free but I disappoint myself, so I try not to expect.,, i accepted the fact that it will get better, but I need to be patient. And so are you. We can do it!!!! Just accept it and if the symptoms are severe and not tolerable, you can visit the doctor just to make sure. But if you already have many reassurance from the doctors, recall those statements and tests., they are valuable evidences that you are fine. Lifestyle changes has a big role! :)
God speed! :)
