I am sorry to hear that the worries are still giving you issue. I am however glad to read that you are working with a psychologist to make some steps toward recovery and learn coping skills to help you with your concerns!
As you most likely know, this type of treatment takes time, so keep going the course, keep postivie that it will help, and be patient with yourself and the process.:)
