I am sorry to hear of your current anxiety. It is certainly understandable that you would have stressors, as you have a lot going on currently!
There are ways to manage the anxiety however, and that is the good news!
Have you considered trying some self-help tecniques? (I would normally also recommend therapy as a treatment option, but doubt that you have the time for that at the moment!)
