Hi Naman!
I understand you very well, as I beat the **** out of panic once :D and trust me, it is possible to deal with. You need some time and meanwhile you should try to learn not to torture yourself. Accepting it can be a good start. My first months passed with trying to accept that I had panic disorder in the first place. You should accept that you have it but struggle with it because it is possible to heal.
First of all, there is nothing dangerous going on in your body during panic attacks, as your dr visits and tests showed. You are perfectly fine.
Whenever you feel like having a panic (it sometimes gives warnings before coming and sometimes comes suddenly) try to take control over your thoughts. Easiest way of doing it is breathing techniques. Taking deep and controlled breaths helps a lot with calming you down and it will keep your mind on your breathing method.
Second thing you can do is immediately directing your mind to an object, anything, which you can think about. Start thinking about features of this object. Ask yourself questions like, someone asked it and you have to answer. What is the color of the object? What the shape looks like, who might have done it? On what purpose? If you are alone, I recommend saying them out loud. If you focus your thoughts on something it will be easier to pass through your panics.
It is easier said than done, I know very well. Whatever you do, do not lock yourself in home. Go out. Having fresh air always helps. After you get use to them, wherever you go, panics won't bother you.
Because then you will know it's just a panic attack and you will think "it's nothing physical and it will go away in a couple of secs / mins"
Give yourself the time you need. And post here whenever you need help.
