In the waiting room

I'm waiting to see the doctor and I'm melting down. It used to be just once a year. Now I've been told I have to be here twice a year. I had enough anxiety with an annual visit. Twice a year is horrible. I guess it's because I'm getting older and every visit means something horrible might be diagnosed. Getting older with health anxiety is no fun.
