What are some good ways to get rid of worries/fears that have become obsessive and won't leave your mind, no matter what you try to do?

Have you tried to work with a therapist and perhaps try some CBT?

Google focus meditation centering yourself
train your mind to focus on something else think focus drift away
but like above counseling has been a big part of my life changes
