Thank you Hibee! it's always good to hear other people stories because with this you can feel so alone and such a burden to your loved ones. I am not currently on any medication for my anxiety and depression except for a half a Xanax if I feel an emergency need, which is quite often lately...I'm very much into healthy ways to manage this (I do yoga, meditation) because I don't want to put the medication in my body if we are trying for a baby, but I don't want to keep torturing myself either so I'm at a bit of a crossroads.
