Yes, I get that too! Not feeling stressed but a lot going on -- even exciting, good things -- and wham! Anxiety symptoms. It may be that the heightened reaction is what causes the physical symptoms. So frustrating!
Sometimes I get sick, presumably from anxiety, when I'm doing things that are really fun like traveling, being with groups, etc. It doesn't seem fair. We need to get the parts of our brains that see things positively connected with those that send out the "hey, panic now!" signals to our bodies.
