Yes, I would say so! You know why I think that ideas is so brilliant?
For one...the obvious...it benefits the needy, and that is always a good thing!
But going beyoned that...
...when we give to others, it also benefits us. Studies have shown that gratitude and philanthropy are amazing at combating anxiety!
When we are thankful for what we have, and give either of our resources or time (or both) we not only get outside of ourselves...but we flood our senses with postivitly...which makes anxiety flee!.:)
Keep up the good work. You are on your way to recovery and feeling better.
