I am glad to read that you are feeling a bit better. I know what you mean about
awating the 'next episode' That is what defines panic disorder...and the fear of another attack happening just perpetuates the cycle.:(
However...the good new is that you are reaching out, getting help...and that is a HUGE step to recovery!
Discussing your treatment options with your doctor at your appointment will be a big relief in and of itself.
You will likely then get started with therapy, medication or both...and truly be on your way to recovery.
