Yes, I started magnesium a couple weeks ago. I feel I have had success with it, and I am only taking a small dose of 200 mg. I am working my way up to 400 mg. you have to make sure you get the proper magnesium though. Do not take the magnesium oxide. It does not have enough magnesium to be effective. Use magnesium glycinate or citrate. I am also on buspar (which does next to nothing) and Xanax, but I have been able to lower my Xanax intake to .125 or .25 per day.
