Does anyone have any meditation or relaxation techniques that they have to share? I feel like I could greatly benefit from these.

There are a TON of them in YouTube. Just look up guided meditation. I also have an app called omvana. Yoga is also a great way to release my anxiety. Yin yoga is a meditative relaxation stretch yoga that is great for anxiety sufferers. My yoga studio offers a yin class where the room is super dark and they light candles. If you can't make it to a class, Leslie Fightmaster has a yin yoga class on YouTube that is awesome. Good luck to you:)

Thanks so much for the info. :) I will definitely be checking those out! I'm not sure how good I would be at yoga though I'm not flexible at all lol.
