I know how you feel.... I am having chest pain now. It's so scary. I have been to the er so many times lately that I made a mental decision not to go back because of the radiation I was receiving. Everything always came back normal but my symptoms are all too real!
Have you wore a heart monitor? I am scheduled to wear one for 48 hours at the beginning of next week. I already had a CT scan, echocardiogram, and stress test come back normal.
My symptoms are close to yours. My chest hurts, achy lungs, nausea, sweats, palpitations, etc. My first instinct is to go to the er but nothing ever happens except that I got another bill looming over my head LOL!
I have been trying my best to cope with my anxiety. I have spent a lot of time on here as it helps so much to know that you are not alone in your struggle. I also practice my deep breathing exercises. A few other things that seem to work for me is weekly therapy, evening walks, and plenty of rest! Some things that I have avoided are alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, fatty foods, and excess salt as all these are triggers for my anxiety. Something else that I don't do is google my symptoms. Although it's very tempting you should leave your diagnosis up to your doctor. We are by no means qualified to diagnose ourselves and by trying to do so only adds to the vicious cycle of anxiety.
Thanks for posting and have faith that you are going to be just fine. If you had anything life threatening it would have surely been caught by your doctors. Devote your time by staying on this forum or by finding other healthy distractions to get your mind off the anxiety. You are so not alone! I would love to hear your daily progress so please keep us posted!
