We're here!! We understand! You are not alone!! Take a big deep breath! Hold it.....then let it out slowly. Get comfortable, grab a pillow, a blanket, a kitty cat (lol my pets always make me feel calmer). Ok another big deep breath, hold.......let it out slow. Close your eyes, picture something beautiful, the ocean, a sunset, a flower garden or big delicious cupcakes with mounds of frosting (this visual seemed to help me;) deep breath, let it out slow........hugs!!❤️❤️
