Welcome! So glad you found us! You are definitely among your peers here; people who experience anxiety on a daily basis.
I am sorry you have felt so bad lately. There are many people who experience anxiety after an injury so you are not alone.
My personal story is that I experience pending doom because of chest pain and other symptoms. After numerous tests, I am on my way to getting cleared from my doctor so I can focus solely on treating my anxiety. Luckily, I have developed some coping skills to help alleviate my anxiety by taking walks, deep breathing exercises, spending time on here, and weekly therapy. There is a resource link which is the first post on the first page of the forum. Check it out and apply them as needed.
Anxiety can rob us of many things... motivation being one of them. So I can relate with you so much about
letting things go around the house. How is your support system? Do you have an understanding spouse?
I have you in my prayers and that your future testing comes back fine. In the meantime, stay on here and find comfort among your friends! May God be with you and your health!
