So glad to hear your baby is feeling better. I know how you feel about
the anxiety.
Sometimes it seems no matter how much deep breathing exercises I do or any other coping skills that I employ, the anxiety remains and the fear will not subside. When your chest is hurting its very difficult to focus on anything else. I deal with this daily.
I wish there was a magic pill or some magical advice I could offer that would immediately take away all of your (and mine) fear and anxiety... I truly think that if we can keep hope alive and maintain good attitudes then we have an excellent foundation on our journey to controlling our anxiety to normal, healthy levels. If we can continually and consistently practice our coping skills, pray, attend our therapy meetings, and take our medication correctly and as prescribed then little by little with daily "micro-wins", we will wake up one day and realize how far we have come on this road to recovery.
Keep on keeping on...
