Sorry to hear that you had an attack at work...no fun!
However, I too am happy for and proud of you for getting through it, and being able to move forward once again...well done!
Here are some great coping skills from our Resources to practice daily. They reduce anxiety levels, thus lowering the possibility of having more attacks.
There are also breathing/coping skills to use when you feel panic coming on...that could help you to successfully shut down an impending attack.:)
