How do you know when your physical symptoms are from anxiety / panic attacks?
For me at least there are times I feel anxious / nervous / worried, or in a stressful environment/situation and that is easy to identify. However I would say 80-90% of the time I have physical symptoms but I'm not really stressed, worried, don't feel nervous or anxious. It is like it comes out of nowhere. For whatever reason it comes often in the car while driving either to or from work.
The typical symptoms I have are (sometimes just a couple, sometimes a mix, sometimes all):
Face feels tight and/or tingly and/or warm
Back of my neck / head feels tight, headache
Cold and/or tingling feet
Weird heart beat, up and down
Breathing feels chocked or labored, can't get air through nose, and throat feels tight/warm
Sometimes hands shaking / trembling
Stomach discomfort, nausea, tingling, burning, indegestion
Sometimes sweating
