It sounds like you are going through a difficult time right now. I can surely relate with you.
Have you ever considered going to anger management classes/ therapy. I really think you could benefit from this.
But more than that, you need to do some deep soul searching to figure out where this anger and resentment is coming from. Once you get to the "source" then true healing can take place.
Please.check out our coping skills on our resource page (1st page, 1st post) and apply them when the anger begins to brew.
As far as the suicidal feelings go, that is a permenant solution to a temporary problem. Our moderators will better direct you concerning this.
