I am sorry that you are currently going through a rough time in terms of panic and anxiety.
I know how exhausting it can be! I suffered terrible daily attacks that left me absolutely mentally and physically wrung out.
Have you tried or considered
therapy as a treament option? I ask, because I was able to overcome my attacks and learn to manage my anxiety through
CBT. Others here can also attest to therapy and techniques such as mindfullness and CBT/DBT ect....
I hope that you and your doctor can discuss this and other options, so that you can treat your issues from a wide range of possible options.
