Question Is there a Nurse On Here

Is there a nurse on here in trying to figure out what to do, recently had a lot of blood work done at MHR she is nice enough to check everything of what doctors will not check am tired of going to the ER just to be looked at as an Anxiety patient when with truth I just don't feel well& want to feel what the doctors say so I was standing outside talking to my mother and the clouds felt as if they was spinning around me& I had to move to keep from falling.
After this morning when my vision went blurry and head was spinning my health has attacked me since I got up, but any ways I've no doctor and my worry is my WBC count that is at a 2.1 with ref range 4.0-11.0 do I go to ER is what Iam asking myself are do anybody know anything I can eat to try and raise it I mean really sick of the health drama and want to be better already she also stated I had abnormal urine sample ,with a possible infection as well as to see a doctor ASAP and I should note I've been sick for a week and a half dry cough sore throat congestion just really want to know what is going on other than Iam not fighting infections off good at all& havent for months. I know no one is a doctor just wondering what would you do in this situation?

I think it would be beneficial for you to find a Dr. Personally I would say an Internal Medicine but any primary care Dr. Would work. When you go to an ER you are evaluated for what you describe as your symptoms, they treat what they can and send you on with instructions to follow up with your Dr. The ER is not going to see the big picture normally because that is not the way it works! The most important thing you can do to be proactive for yourself is to find a family physician whom you like and feel comfortable with. Just my thoughts.

I would go in and see your doctor and they can tell you what steps to take.
