47 Year Old Male Getting Wrinkles,Extremely anxious about

Any suggestions? I have always looked very young for my age,so people say,and still do I guess. No grey hairs at all,lots of hair too,no excess fat really. I sure cant say I dont have crowsnests or lines on  my forehead however. They have gotten much worse just in the last year,and yes it was a very stressful year.  I cant afford botox,so I sure hope there is something else that works. Do mens creams work any better for men then womens creams,anyone know? Thanks for any help!

Every person wants to always look young  but you cannot stop time so I would accept aging gracefully.  If you need further help I would suggest seeing a Cosmetic Dermatologist.

I have had a very stressful year due to financial reasons. Bad economy. And I get notice of an audit yesterday morning. I love you, too, IRS.

Anyway, it's funny/sad how stress will affect one's appearance. 34 years old. I have a lot of gray hair in my beard. Some in my regular hair, and that is thinning a little. I have a hint of crow's feet around my eyes. And I've gotten a bit fat, too. I am almost unrecognizable from this time last year. Clients I haven't seen in a while don't even know who I am when I walk in their door.

Drink as much water as you can hold, get plenty of sleep, exercise and eat healthy fats such as avacado, olive oil, fatty fish, nuts...
Accept that the wrinkles are inevitable and add character and a distinguished look! Embrace every stage of life...just never try to rock the comb-over!!!Lol;)

It's not yet time for the comb over, but I am totally going to rock the hell out of one as soon as I can. Also planning for gold medallions and tinted eye glasses.

I have earned everyone of my wrinkles and crows feet  smhair .............then God blessed me with precancerous lesions on my face and arms but for a Grandma I still hang in there. If I had to pick an age to be forever it would be 50.  That was a good age.

I've been fighting the wrinkles too and I just started getting gray hair in the past year or two. I look younger then my 40 years, in fact people always assume I'm in my late 20's. I love the ego boost but I am beginning to realize that I can't fight father time. But in the meantime, I am going to try to fight him as long as possible! :) I use under eye cream - Olay Illuminist but they have a really good cream made by Roc that helps reduce wrinkles. It's rather expensive but it works. And definitely drink lots of water!

Wrinkles are the main cause of concern for men and women. I don't know about men anti wrinkles cream but I have used black diamond serum to treat my wrinkles and it really works for me. My wrinkles are much less than earlier.

Has anyone heard of a derma roller? Check it out on utube thats where I found info on it. Its a roller with tiny needles that you roll across the skin where you have lines, wrinkles,acne, scarring etc. It punctures the skin and the skin responds by making new collagen. Pretty amazing, I bought one online for like five bucks and have been using it for about three months under my eyes and really do see a change. Skin care experts use them also. There are different sizes so start off with the smallest needles. It kinda hurts but you can also get numbing cream, I just bear it, it's not to bad.
