Does anyone know if you can take L-theanine with
antidepressants

All I can add is that I tried L=Theanine for a few weeks. I was EXTREMELY nervous the whole time I was on it. It felt like I drank 3 pots of coffee each day. Once I stopped taking it that feeling went away. I am om Paxil and Lamictal.

I used l theanine and did ok with it but recently starred lexapro so just curious if people have taken them together
