My dr sent me for an MRI and I had it on Saturday. If they didn't call by now that is a good thing right? I know there is no point to call today (Monday) cause they can't tell me anything over the phone, but I am totally freaked out and can't stop thinking of all the bad things it could be. This time it was for my head so it's making me stressed. sad

No news is almost always good news....and i'm sure this is the case with you. Keep those positive thoughts going.

I'm sure if anything serious was discovered in your MRI the doctor would be in touch with you as soon as possible. So no news is good news. I take it from your post you have a follow-up appointment for results. Good luck with that.

Keep posting whenever you feel stressed. I always get good feedback and encouragement here!

I agree if they had found something they would of phoned you right away so try not to worry to much I am sure you will hear from them soon and if it will put your mind at rest give them a call tomorrow or the next day. Keep posting and let us know how you are getting on.

Thank you everyone, I couldn't take it and broke down and called today but he said it takes 48 hour before they will send it back and with it being done on Saturday it probably wasn't even looked at until Monday, but he said he'll make sure to get it tomorrow and to call back. Anxiety just makes the simplest thing horrible lol! I try to think positive but that seems impossible sometimes.

Yes, I have bad anxiety, depression, and mood disorder. I have degenerative disc disease of the thoracic spin, 2 slipped disc, faucet, sciatica, and I have severe arthritis in my back, arthritis in my hips and right hand. In the past 6 months my eyes have become super sensitive to any light, I move even though I am standing or sitting still, headache all the time for the past month they have been every day just some days not as bad as others, when talking I forget words or just completely forget what I am saying, If someone tells me something 95% of the time I forget what they just said or can't even pay attention, feel like i'm in a fog all the time. If it wasn't for my kids I would never get out of bed lol!

Oh my. Your symptoms sound just like mine. I just had a baby 3 months ago, I had anxiety and panic disorder before but since giving birth it has multiplied immensely. My vison changed I even had to get glasses. I forget things all the time. I feel like my words Re hard to put together. Last week I forgot my drivers license number. I've known it by heart for almost 20 years. I even swore last night my husbands name was misspelled. It wasn't. Anxiety in its severe form can be extremely debilitating and it can take a tremendous toll on our bodies physically. I understand how you feel and most likely all the symptoms your experiencing are anxiety. I wish I had an answer for you but I'm still trying to find one. Thank you Jill ☺ Hope it gets better for you too. I had a hysterectomy in October 2012 and that's when everything started going down hill for me, everything just keeps getting worse and worse and I've been in and out the doctors since, I've had all types of blood work the only thing that's came back bad was my vitamin D so she said I had Vitamin D deficiency but it alot better since i've been on 50,000 units of VD.

Great news on your good results!!

Enjoy this feeling of relief...

...then get a good plan going (talk to your doctor about meds and/or therapy) for anxiety management for reducing your stress and physical symptoms. :)

Thank you ☺ I do see a therapist but right now I don't want to do medicine because I am trying to learn ways to stop my panic attacks and anxiety. I am actually doing alot better then before, it's just going be a long road.
