Sorry to hear about
your "appetite issues". If you drastically changed your diet (from eating meat to vegan) there's no doubt that this can "shock" your system.
Red meat is actually full of nutrients. If your body is used to receiving "meat" (or anything else for that matter) for years and years and all of a sudden, you stop giving it what it is used to, you are bound not to feel "just right". This could be adding to your anxiety. Just a thought, and I may be completely off-base but the important thing is that I am here for you!!!
Sudden fear of not feeling right is the worlds worst! And when the panic takes over, it's horrible! Deep breaths my friend . This feeling will pass!
