Hi everyone,
My name is Melissa and I'm new to this forum. I'm 31 years old and live in St. Louis, MO. I have bipolar type 1 and panic disorder. I look forward to getting to know some new people. I also look forward to getting/giving some support!

I'm a newbie too, only been on here a week or so but i'm so glad I found it, so supportive and brings me a lot of relief knowing people go through the same things as me every day! :) I'm sure you'll get all the support you need on here!
