Overall I'm doing better with managing my anxiety compared to 3-4 months ago. I think the Zoloft has helped me feel more calm and consistent, although I still have those anxious moments, I feel more in control. However I have what I am calling "off" days. I'll feel tired, unmotivated, sleepy (difficulty focusing, keeping eyes open), light headed, headache, mild dizziness, soar throat / throat tightness. Sometimes I'll have a weird sensation in my left arm, or both arms, or some chest discomfort.
I also have those days were I just don't feel like doing anything and its hard to get motivated to work out. I was working out 45 - 80 minutes a day before my anxiety issues really got bad in late August. Now I don't feel as motivated to work out. I'm wondering if the Zoloft is having an impact or maybe the fear I had before is no longer driving me to work out as much.
Anyone else experience something similar?
