Just some ideas...
Have you had a recent thyroid check? Check in with your doctor in general?
Do you take Magnesium?
How about cardio/aerobic exercise?
Are you practicing stress relieving exercieses/meditation everyday?
It is actually fairly common to awake with a racing heart and other physical anxiety symptoms. I found this to be especially true as I progressed in my recovery...as I became adept at managing the anxiety during the waking hours, I would get the symptoms while sleeping, or shortly after waking up. Anxiety is certainly opportunistic!
