Dizziness in realtion to anxiety can be caused by both improper breathing and/or tense muscles in the neck. Since you also have a headache...this may be due to the latter, but it can also all be a combination of stressors and anxiety.

Pay special attention to both the breathing exercises and the progressive muscle relaxation. Practicing these daily should bring you relief.:)
