Hope and Help for your Nerves by Dr Claire Weeks

So... I've heard of Dr Weeks & this book many times this year. Finally started reading it this morning. I admit, I'm only 15 pages in but WOW, I just know this is going to be good. It's written so long ago but everything I've read so far is still pertinent now & pretty much covers every symptom I've ever read on this forum that we struggle with.

I suggest reading it. I bought mine for like $4 on eBay & was even free shipping.

I may have this book in my nose all day!!!!

Way to go after that recovery...every step is a gain!!  This is a tried and true resource!

Reading, learning, discovering new ways to manage...it should never stop!
