I was wondering if anyone could share there buspar stories with me

I have taken Buspar, I believe at the highest dose three times a day and it didn't even touch my anxiety levels. I was in a really bad place then though.
Everyone is different, so it may work for you though.

Both my meds have been working great til some very bad just happened so hoping It's just that
the past is gone

Everyone has rough patches, I know because I am having one right now.
Maybe try using some of the coping techniques at the top of the thread or some deep breathing.

I take and have taken buspar in the past. It worked wonderfully for me when I took it 5 years ago. This time, not so much.
