Yestarday was the engaged night of my twin sister ...i used to be happy but i was scared from panic , dizzines heart attack ...i cant put up loud music it was so hard for me today i am shocked my left arm sometimes is blocked my mouth i feel like it stuck i need help i am only 19 ... I dont have my dad my mom dont understand me ...i have so stress during the day ...i think its not earth to live this way

sounds like you need to de-stress with some quiet time. meditation or reading. walking is good too. do some deep breathing exercises. you got passed the loud anxiety provoking night, say to yourself. i am ok.....this will pass. healing thoughts.

Sometimes playing games on my phone diverts my mind. You just need to know it will be alright :) this will pass.

Do yoga and breathing exercise, count from 1,2,3 take a deep breath in hale and exhale count again.. Say I'm okay, everythings gonna be alright.. It help me..

Try to live in the moment (now) and not worry about
the future so much. Meditation and deep breathing all help to cope. I wish u good luck and try to keep strong.

Hi google search charlie hoehn he will send you a email everyday for ten days which i found has got some good tips for relaxing and lifestyle changes which could help with your anxiety hope you feel better soon.
