unfortunately this is one of the many things you have to deal with being a sufferer of anxiety. when I would have attacks and was alone I would listen to guided progressive muscle relaxations in attempt to calm my self. Here's one that I listened to a lot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYsuvRNZfxE
another thing that helped me was writing out my anxious thoughts and concerns. once you've done that try to combat them individually. being able to distinguish your own thoughts from your anxious ones is very helpful, not only in the moment but for future attacks.
lastly, I know it is easier said than done but tell yourself "everything will be okay, I am fine, this is anxiety" I know it sounds silly but its a mantra I would repeat constantly, even if I didn't believe that I was going to be okay in that moment. the more you repeat this the more you will start to believe it.
so sorry you're going through this, I've been there and it's awful. but coming from an anxiety sufferer myself, please know that everything WILL be okay. just breathe.
