Hello and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your daughter's challenges with SZA. I am sure this is very difficult for both of you, and we do understand and care!
Does your daughter currently see a psychiatrist? Is the Klonopin her only Rx regimine?
It is great that she is in therapy, and should continue to go...as she can gain important tools and lifestyle habits that can help her to manage the disorder to the best of her ability.
Self help is also a good addition to any mental health treatment plan. We have a great collection here in our Resources...including help for panic attacks.

However, I do encourage you to seek a P-doc if she is not currently under a psychiatrist's care. SZA is something that needs to be managed from both a physical and mental angle for best treatment.:)
Wishing you the best...and post anytime.
