If you would like to be off of your PPI...have you considered consulting a nutrionalist, keeping a food diary/trigger record and starting a probiotic for trying to treat the reflux naturally?
This might be a good step to help soothe your stomach issues, and therefore lessen the resulting anxiety about
it.:)
