I am in the midst of a very bad panic attack right now. My chest is tight, I feel like I can't breathe. I talked to my stepdad earlier today and I think the stress of that triggered this. I took a Xanax and I am trying to do some deep breathing but I'm still struggling.

Sorry you are struggling. Do you have a pet you can pet and play with. My dog makes me feel better sometimes.

Go to our resources and read up on Mindfulness, this really does work, it will pass, you will be better,

PM,
How are you feeling today? Better I hope! Were you able to get some sleep and wake up calmer?
Great job on using your coping skills to get you through. Keep up the good work.
I will continue to keep your family situation in my prayers!
S.C.
