I think I'm just gonna reserve it for nice dinners out or special occasions. I sleep 100x better if I haven't had a glass and it'll be a ton better for me in the long run. I have borderline cholesterol and high runs in my family, so cutting back on the sugars in wine should be just what I need to lower those pesky triglycerides!
I have to say, all of my health stressors lately are just making me a healthier person overall and preventing anything yucky down the road. Trying to see the good in the bad here!
