Daily Check In Thread #67

Feeling pretty good this morning, and haven't even taken my meds yet. We'll see how the rest of the day goes.

Doing OK. After a month of miserableness, I started to feel a lot better in late December due to trazodone for sleep and/or paxil kicking in. I think that the trazodone has caused some tinnitus, but to me sleep is more important. Lately, the trazodone is not getting me through the night like it was before. I've been on a low dose of 50 mg. Bumped it up to 75 the last two nights, but not much change. I am still better than I was. I discontinued CBT about 10 days after I was feeling better, but it was partly because I was not 100% communicating with the therapist. I realize now that I still need CBT, so I'm starting over a week from tomorrow with a new therapist. I leave for a week in Florida tonight. Hoping the sunshine gives me a boost.

Glad to hear you are doing ok and pleased that you have arranged some CBT I think you will find that really useful.

Having a cold sucks I had a bad one over the christmas period I hope you start to feel better soon take on lots of fluids and vitamin C
