What symptom that you get makes your anxiety worst?

I will start, mine is the feeling that I'm going to faint, I have never fainted but the thought and feeling scares me.

That's a really tough question because I hate all of my symptoms.

I guess I would say my heart racing.

Lightheadedness, palpitations and any kind of odd pain.

Light headed, heat flashes, Tummy upset, shaking, and most any pain in my mid section. Also sometimes gas.

For me it was anything that made the think "oh crap", i'm dying, that was the real enemy, it is with many,

My symptoms are just FEAR not sure how to explain. Like something or someone is out there and watching or the fear of dying?? Does this make any sense?

I noticed this morning that I started thinking about anxiety and how if I don't eat I start feeling like crap and I get more anxiety. Boom as soon as I started thinking that I better eat something I started feeling weird, like I was going to faint and my mouth went dry. God please, I hate this so much. I had to cancel an important appointment this morning because now Im afraid to leave the house.

For me it is the bad negative thoughts that race through my head. Then I felt like I had to get up and do something no matter how tired I was and no matter what time of day. Just an intense gotta get up feeling.

I completely get that. Canceling so many appointments that some of my doctors and therapist have refused to see me anymore. Which is weird considering that they know my condition. ?.

I have to agree with this statement. It's just a feeling that all is not well, or something bad is going to happen. I just want to feel like I did for decades of feeling fine, never thinking anything bad was going to happen.

Chest tightness and extreme nervousness. Churning stomach and sense of dread and sadness.

Mine would have to be hyperventilating, which leads to lightheaded feelings as well as an overall sense of doom.

Chest pains, left arm pain, and the feeling of fainting are my worst symptoms. Makes me feel as if I am going to die even though I have had these symptoms for years. I don't think you ever get used to it! Started Paxil one week ago after years on Lexapro so I hope recovery is in the near future!

Lightheadness/fear of passing out and the racing/palpitations. Just had that for a few seconds as I was reading these responses...ugh!!

Losing control is my biggest fear! I work at two different offices for my position. Half the time I work for an independent living center for people with disabilities, the other time is at Social Services. My struggle is if I am at Social Services, as my co-workers there do not know that I have the issues that I do, and I feel like I have no one to go to if I freak. At the Independent Living Center, it is well known that I have the issues that I do, but I am among other people with disabilities, and supporters. So If I freak there, I have MANY people to help me calm down.
