I feel energy, and almost too good that it's a little freaky

I went through this exact same thing with the upping of my Celexa (which is really similar to Lexapro). To be honest, feeling good freaked me out and I had a panic attack . However, the extra... buzz?... of energy seemed to fade away as my body adjusted, by the good mood and positive feelings have stayed.

I don't know if that was any help.

It is your body adjusting to the medication. Think of it this way, this is better than feeling awful and low energy. You will be fine. You just have to get used to the med. Give it some time. It has only been 3-4 weeks. It might take 6-8 weeks before your body gets used to it completely.
Don't change anything in my opinion, Keep the same exercise, diet and therapy routine. Wait unit the medication settles before you change anything. It is only a matter of 2-3 more weeks.
