Great support already offered here, ryates. :D I have definitely just felt like life was all too much before too. It is hard. So hard. Life is just hard in general, and than add anxiety disorders and it's a whole new level of stress and inward pressure. Like SC said, this is just a season. a tough one, none the less, but it will pass.
Maybe try and treat yourself to something relaxing or peaceful over the next few days to try and offset all of the tension. I'm not sure what you find relaxing, but maybe something like a warm (kid noise free!) bubble bath, or a walk in the mall, or a cup of coffee and a book. Just some ideas. But it's usually easier to ride out these hard times when you add in something with a little bit of relaxation added to it.
