Hello,
I am writing this as both a mum and an anxiety sufferer...
Firstly, I am glad you have posted on here as it is a friendly and supportive place. I agree with the others, that it would be good if you could speak to your parents about this - but if you really can't, perhaps an aunt or family friend? Just so you have someone to support you and fight your corner.
Then either with that person or without, speak to your GP about this as they may want to run some tests to make sure you are not ill. It does sound like anxiety though.
If it is anxiety, your GP is likely to offer you medication and / or therapy. Don't forget that medication can be helpful but is not for everyone, so listen to advice but if you want to try therapy before taking medication then tell them that. This is another reason to have a supporter with you - to make sure you are both happy with the advice from your GP.
Good luck and big hugs x
