Keaz whenever I have switched from one medicine to another, it seems to take time for the newer medication to work, or for me to notice it working.
I will tell you I have had a very bad week with my depression, but I am having trouble with stabilizing my blood sugar, even though I am not considered a diabetic, my sugar is up and down which will cause depression and panic attacks. I've had my A1c checked and blood glucose and they say I am not diabetic, but I just found out it could be something worse that I have both low and high, and my pancreas is having trouble metabolizing certain foods.
I get my thyroid checked(which has always been fine)if that is okay, then they have to look into other things, so to say the least I am very scared which is why I am probably depressed and panicky this week.
4 days really isn't enough time to know for certain if the medication is for you, as long as your body isn't having adverse affects from it I would give it more time, it can take a couple of week for people to see a change on Zoloft, to up to 6 weeks, but for me it always worked quickly.
I hope you have a better day, this too shall pass, and with that I hope you can find peace!
