All of us have different patterns...
At times after my attacks, I would feel euphoric, even giddy...
...at other times, I would be wrung out...
Sometimes I could feel them building up, and sometimes they would come out of left field!
What happens you if you start using coping skills such as breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, or physical exercise before the attack happens? Could that possibly head it off?
