I am sorry to hear you are struggling with anxiety/panic issues currently.

Self help can be very effective if practiced daily.;) Here are some coping skill links you can check out and try. I have had good results with these.

If you find you need more help, then looking into finding a therapist who can work with you on your challenges would be a next step to consider. I also had an amazing recover from panic attacks due in a large part to CBT/therapy.
