This may sound strange, but maybe welcome your worry and be accepting of it. Today you aren't worrying about a health problem that you don't have, you aren't worrying about panic or PVC's. Today you have a real fear and you should allow yourself that because it's your sister and you love her.
To cope with it when your body feels anxious I would first say to yourself, nothing bad is happening to me, I am simply experiencing anxiety about my sister's tests results. I would also try and bust out all your coping tools! Do some relaxing breathing, maybe a short meditation video, or even if you can just lie down and close your eyes and listen to one of the relaxing music clips that Hibee has posted about. Those really help me.
We are all holding you close and sending warmth, light and healing to your sister.
