Hi Sweetitlol,
I am sorry to hear of your attack last night! :( No fair...anxiety sneaking up you when you are most vulnerable, right?
I echo Hibee's idea of practicing coping skills/relaxation before bed. This could help to prevent or lesson panic episodes while you are trying to sleep.
Also, knowing your skills to get you out of an attack forward and back is helpful, so you can immediately go into your breathing/muscle relaxation/positive mantras...ect...when this happens.
Let us know if you would like any specific suggestions for self-help material...
...and here's to a better, peaceful night's sleep tonight!
