Nope! You're not losing your sanity.
You wouldn't be questioning it if you were.
What you are experiencing is very very common for anxiety sufferers. The more you pay attention to it, the worse it gets.
It's basically just your tired mind attaching itself to something that got your attention. I've been there too, believe me.
Try and focus on something else and see how you stop thinking about yourself, even of only for a moment, and it will prove to you that it's just your thoughts causing this.
You can and will get better.
