Sorry I am coming into this late, and you are likely already at work...
...but wanted to send support and encouragement still!
I am sorry you are having a rough time currently. It is so frustrating when our anxiety gets ramped up for whatever reason.
Maybe picking up a new coping skill to practice before bed, and in the morning before getting up could help with the struggles in the a.m.
Something as simple as a new breathing technique, progressive muscle relaxation or journaling...
